This course explores using Mindfulness as a means to increase your own sense of wellbeing. Through this interactive course, you will be able to learn tools that you can use in your own inner life that can bring greater ease to many aspects of your life. A Six Week Course for Grafanistas

This six week course is open to all Grafanistas. For it to work well for you, you will be asked to switch off distractions for the hour, and focus on the course. Again, to get the best from this course, we ask you to do your best to attend every week - we ask participants to make a six week commitment to their own wellbeing!

Engagement

As well as weekly sessions of 1 hour, we will have a Slack channel where we can discuss the practices as we try them for ourselves. Malcolm will also be available outside the weekly course should you need additional support or clarification.
