Malcolm Holmes

Malcolm started his journey in 1990, and has since then been combining exploration of Buddhist and associated practices with a successful career in IT. After witnessing profound shifts in his experience through practices he learned from fellow Buddhists, he has spent the last two years developing and refining a secular approach to inquiry that aims to bring all the benefits of these practices, yet framed in a secular manner.

Gethin Kemp (Jñānakumāra)

A practicing Buddhist for over 35 years, Gethin works as a Highly Specialist Physiotherapist in the field of chronic pain and fatigue. Having seen substantial benefits from Buddhist practice, he has been exploring the use of Predictive Processing and successful frameworks of awakening (eg. 10 Fetters) to formulate an easy-to-follow path incorporating reflective, affect-focusing, body-space and hypnagogia approaches amongst others to help people towards a state of Deep Wellbeing.
