You don’t need any prior experience. The exercises are designed to be lightweight but effective, whether you’re working on your own or with colleagues, helping you notice how your mind and nervous system are actually working.

You (or your team) can talk to a chatbot whenever and wherever you want.

You can also meet weekly with a trained Odoki guide via video call — individually or as a small team.
