      Stage 4

      You are not recommended to read the manual for a stage you have not worked through for yourself. Doing so may create expectations that could make your own exploration of the stage harder when you do.

      In this stage we change mode. Now that we have the ability to pay attention to experience with a positive attitude, we can start to give our attention to specific assumptions that people tend to make. These assumptions are relatively deep and basic, meaning they can wobble people. This is why the previous three stages are required in preparation. The first such inquiry is about the narrative self - of our sense of “me”.
