      Stages

The Odoki Method is broken into five stages. These five stages form two phases of three stages each.

Not everyone will start in the same place within the method. Where a client starts will depend upon their own background and experience. The choice of starting point will be down to the guide, in consultation with the client, and is aimed at offering the client the most supportive and valuable experience they can have.
