      Method

With an appreciation of the theory, it is important to understand how to effectively engage with a client such that maximal learning happens. Given the theoretical underpinning detailed in the Theory section, this approach is also backed by the same theory.

The Odoki Method is made up of two key components:

      • An inquiry practice that an individual can engage in that will lead to a deepening of their understanding of their inner world
      • A guiding process in which a practitioner can help a client learn this inquiry practice, and particularly in later stages, can guide them towards particular, counter-intuitive places for inquiry.
