  • Notice what happens in your body, noticing where in your body it is - this is your “felt sense”.
  • Notice any resistance to this felt sense.
  • Welcome the resistance.
  • Notice the purpose behind the resistance - what is it trying to do, or achieve?
  • Notice the purpose behind the felt sense - what is it trying to do, or achieve?
  • Are they the same or different?
  • Is resistance needed now?
